Tweety By Design / Pages from a pitch book for Tweety By Design, a girls fashion program that created partnerships with existing clothing labels and music artists. The look was geared toward a mass market. Client: Warner Bros. 2008.




4+1 Design Movements / 11x17 / A booklet on four design movements: art deco, pop, memphis, and maximalism. In addition, there was a +1 movement of choice, mine being new styles of typography. The book also featured a running timeline throughout of inventions during each movement. student project, 2008.




U Scribe Magazine / 8.5x11 / Art direction and design of a magazine for the students of the University of Utah. The magazine, which was published three times a semester, informed readers of campus and city events. 2007-08.




Classifieds / 11x17 / A page of weekly news in the form of a classifieds page. The assignment was to come up with a project based on statements and ideas from The Medium is the Massage by Marshall McLuhan. All stories were from the week of April 16-22, 2007. student project, 2007.




TOUR:SLC / 5x6.5 / A forty-four page handbook that features historical locations in Salt Lake City, along with other things to see and do in the city. student project, 2007.

Type Specimens / 17x11 / Three type specimens, each featuring a typeface from a different period. The assignment was to create specimens that focus on three very distinct-looking typefaces, but make them look like they could belong together in the same type book. student project, 2006.
